How it works
Raising money with Rolls for Goals is a simple five steps
1. SET YOUR GOALS
Based on how much you want to raise in total and how many team members you’ll have helping with the cause, calculate how many rolls per person you need to sell. Add a buffer to help you reach your goal faster!
2. PREP YOUR TEAM
Register for free and download resources to coach your selling team for success. Each team member should receive flyers and an order form. Encourage some friendly competition with awards for the highest sellers!
3. PRE ORDER AND COLLECT PAYMENTS
As your team members approach friends, family, and neighbors, they should take orders for rolls of bags in advance, and collect payment upfront as well. Payment should be provided in the form of cash or a check made out to your organization.
4. TALLY YOUR TOTALS AND ORDER
Once your selling timeframe is completed, tally up the total number of rolls you need (be sure to note there are three different sizes of bag rolls available!). Come back to this site to log in and place your total order at wholesale pricing (half your selling price). Hang onto those team members’ order forms so you can get the right number of products back out to their customers!
5. DISTRIBUTE—AND CELEBRATE!
Once your total order arrives, count out the correct number of rolls to fulfill each team member’s orders. Each team member should distribute their customers’ orders to them. Your customers will be excited to get their bags, and your group will be excited to have raised money for your cause!
